Shala is transformed into a lounge where you can meet and connect over Cacao & Blue Lotus Tea.


Enjoy nibbles, nice lighting, downtempo music and good chats with wonderful people.


Creative guests join us to share poetry, stories, music and art.

Threshold is an invitation to and an opening of a six week continuum of energies.


Use this moment to mark time, set intention and focus your practice. The Threshold theme will be followed through Kundalini Yoga classes, though you can utilise this gathering for your own spiritual practice - without attending Kundalini Yoga classes.


Think of it as a focus point where you can tune into what's going on for you, practice new meditations and mantras, and connect to others on a similar wavelength.


These sessions will be around 2 hours long, including discussion and connection time.
