Whether you're new to Kundalini Yoga or have practiced before, this workshop aims to bring you deeper context - a great way to start, or enrich your practice.

In Kundalini we use many yogic techniques - we chant Mantra (sound current), we hold Mudra (subtle energy hand holds), we use Drishti (focus), we activate Bandhas (yogic locks), we explore through Pranayama (breath control), as well as Asana (posture).

Each of these elements are a doorway within themselves, to open you up to inner awareness, connectedness and sanctuary.

Through these practices you will learn to work with your energetic centres in order to increase vitality and alignment to the vast intelligence of our living universe.

Strengthening the physical, mental, emotional and energetic bodies, through dynamic and varied practice.

Learn why Kundalini Yoga differs from other lineages of yoga, get acquainted with foundational techniques, and experiment with mantra, mudra, and bandhas.

- Learn the Mantras we begin our classes with, with translation and instruction.

- A full Kriya (set of exercises) to balance the Navel Point and Heart Centre

- A Gong Bath to relax and integrate your experience

-  An Uplifting Meditation, memorable and beautiful

& Delicious grounding chocolate to end.
